I. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

All returns require original packaging, invoice, and accessories.
II. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for:

❌ Custom-configured systems (e.g., special RAM/GPU builds)
❌ Products damaged by misuse (liquid spills, physical impacts)
