I. SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted courier services across India:

• DTDC (Primary partner for pan-India coverage)
• Delivery (Local/regional shipments within Tamil Nadu)

2. Shipping Zones & Costs

Note:

• International shipping currently unavailable
• All prices include GST

3. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 3 PM IST processed same day
• Dispatch confirmation + tracking ID sent via SMS/email
• No shipping on Sundays & public holidays

4. Damage/Loss Protocol

• Damaged Package?
  → Refuse delivery and notify us within 24 hours at ematrix.india2018@gmail.com
• Lost Package?
  → We initiate tracer with courier after 7 days delay
  → Full refund/replacement per your choice

II. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Eligibility

• 7-day window from delivery date (Consumer Protection Act 2019)
• Products must be:
  ✓ Unused in original packaging
  ✓ With invoice and sealed accessories

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Software licenses / opened peripherals
• Custom-configured systems

• We never store your card details

3. Important Notes

• Full payment required before dispatch (except COD)
• Failed payments: Order held for 24 hrs for reprocessing
• GST invoice included with all shipments
